Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you need to return your order, please review the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging with seals intact

Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos so we can assist quickly.
RareAura will cover the return shipping and provide either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Change of Mind

Unopened and sealed items may be returned.
The customer is responsible for return postage unless the return is a result of RareAura’s error.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
